Please read these terms before placing an order with Caked Up Desserts by Elisha.

Order modifications

Customers may request modifications up to 7 days before pickup or delivery. Changes may incur a fee and changes requested within 7 days are not guaranteed.

Lead time and rush orders

Orders require at least 7 days' notice. Orders with less notice incur a 15% rush fee and remain subject to availability. Orders placed within 24 hours incur an additional 15% overnight fee and are not guaranteed.

Payment terms

Full payment is due when an approved invoice is received. Secure payment options include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Cash is not accepted.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Pickup, rescheduling, and delivery

Customers must collect orders during the confirmed 30-minute window. Late pickup may incur a 15% fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Delivery requires a $100 minimum order, is offered for locations at least 5 miles away, and includes a location-based fee.

Designs and allergens

Inspiration photos are references and exact replicas are not guaranteed. Products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and other allergens. The kitchen is not gluten-free and cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed against.

Responsibility

After pickup or delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for product condition and transport.
